We are working to ensure the continuity of care to all our kiddos. As a response to COVID-19 and the recommendations by the CDC and the State Health Department, we are working on providing TeleMed to current established patients and in some specific cases like behavioral issue, developmental concerns or rashes even new patients.
We do ask you to keep your appointments at the clinic. Our exam rooms/waiting areas are being sanitize and we are separating our exam rooms into Sick and well. We are asking you to check in and you may wait in the car, if you like and we will call you. If your child is sickly, please let us know. We will room you as soon as you arrive to the clinic.
We do ask you to please do not delay your children’s Well Check. Keeping up with their vaccinations is important.
If you feel uncomfortable coming in the front door, we can also accommodate you by welcoming you in our back entrance.
We are using a Microsoft Service, Kaizala. You can download Kaizala in both the Apple and android App Store, links below.
Please do keep in mind that for Coolidge TeleMed is limited. Our providers care deeply our patients and can only provide limited services utilizing TeleMed. We will work with our patients and the limitation of technology available to us. We will be posting additional information in our website, Facebook pages. We do hope to start TeleMed this week. As we move forward more information will be email to you and instructions of our TeleMeds visit.
